• Perform daily target checks.
• Encourage your team to deliver team targets and be confident in suggesting improvements.
• Provide support to your team when necessary, acting as a trainer/mentor providing technical
• Provide an alternative point of contact for employee queries.
• Note-taking in confidential meetings (i.e., investigations, recorded conversations)
• Support Line Manager to monitor the team to check they comply to all health & safety

• Proven ability in producing accurate work with attention to detail.

• Familiar with word, excel and email.
