Quality Management Specialist

📋 Description

• Perform QC reviews across regions and milestones.
• Provide technical assistance: code, accessibility, zoning; coordinate drawings.
• Conduct QC reviews during production to ensure document quality.
• Participate in QA/QC kickoff meetings to define QM needs.
• Provide feedback via Studio-QM to align templates and standards.
• Maintain strong technical and code knowledge; aware of regional differences.
• Mentor staff on technical requirements and building codes.
• Lead or participate in educational presentations on code and QM topics.
• Join Studio QM coordination meetings to align processes.
• Manage calendar, meet deadlines, and adjust scope as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in interior design and/or architecture.
• Strong communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of model/state building codes and accessibility standards.
• Experience in project management, construction, and detailing.
• Strong computer, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Teams, MS Outlook, MS Word.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Revit, AutoCAD, Ganttic, Excel preferred.
• Ability to present to small to large groups is preferred.
