Quality Management Specialist

📋 Description

• Perform QC reviews across regions, milestones, and project types.
• Provide technical assistance: code, accessibility, zoning analysis.
• Conduct QC reviews during production to ensure quality docs.
• Lead or participate in QA/QC kickoff meetings.
• Maintain strong technical/code expertise and WM Standards.
• Mentor staff on technical requirements and building codes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Interior Design and/or Architecture.
• Strong communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of model/state building codes and accessibility standards.
• Extensive experience in project management, construction, and detailing.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Teams, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Revit, AutoCAD, Ganttic, and Excel preferred.
• Ability to present to groups is preferred.
