Quality Management System Specialist

📋 Description

• Ensure ICEYE Quality Management System is fully implemented in our Valencia facility
• Drive ICEYE production framework maturity increase in Valencia - be the subject matter expert for
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and industry requirements, serve as the main point of
• Act as an internal auditor in our internal process audits covering quality and supporting EHS
• Ensure controlled documentation rigor in Valencia operations
• Define and track quality KPIs; prepare and present regular performance reports to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in quality, engineering, operations, compliance, or process improvement roles.
• Strong experience with digital QMS systems and data-driven improvement methods.
• Strong knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 9001 required; AS9100, AQAP2110, PECAL or similar beneficial)
• Experience with quality tools and risk management (RCA, CAPA, FMEA, PDCA, risk assessments).
• Audit experience, either as an internal auditor or supporting external certification
• Adaptability and a real willingness to learn; comfortable in a fast-paced, agile production
