Quality Manager - Europe

📋 Description

• Lead quality activities across full lifecycle of product development, procurement, fabrication, construction, and project delivery
• Develop and manage quality processes, procedures, and programs to support project execution
• Build, contract, and manage quality personnel and third-party inspection resources
• Develop Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and establish quality hold points through fabrication, manufacturing, and construction
• Provide quality leadership during project construction activities
• Deliver quality updates and project quality reporting to internal stakeholders and customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/materials/chemical/welding or related field; Master’s preferred
• 10+ years of quality experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or project development
• 4+ years in a Quality Manager or Lead Quality Engineer role
• Experience leading quality teams, inspectors, and third-party resources
• Experience developing and implementing quality programs and QMS
• Proven track record delivering quality across multiple European projects
