• Act as technical gatekeeper for production quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years with external manufacturing partners (JDM/ODM/EMS).
• Strong knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, FPY metrics.
• Data-driven with manufacturing analytics and CAPA practices.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration without direct authority.
• Hands-on, shop-floor presence; travel when needed.
• Excellent communication to align partners and internal teams.
