📋 Description

  • Execute routine QC testing of raw, in‑process and finished products under supervision.
  • Conduct packaging and hygiene checks: package integrity, label verification, weight/volume control
  • Report deviations and OOS results, support CAPA actions and data trending.
  • Coordinate on‑floor quality/hygiene briefings with Production, Packaging, Warehouse and Logistics.
  • Support internal/external audits and regulatory compliance updates.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemistry.
  • 2–4 years in food/dairy QC or QA.
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC standards.
  • Skilled in chemical, physical, and microbiological testing.
  • Accurate data recording and reporting.
  • Strong teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills.
