Quality Process Manager - Production

📋 Description

• Own applied Quality methods and tools (e.g., APQP) to drive excellence in Helsing's production
• Act as quality consultant for monitoring, surveillance and calibration of Quality KPI’s and
• Maintain and control certification-critical production quality aspects.
• Provide support for internal and external audits and production teams on Quality topics.
• Drive root cause analysis and improvement initiatives from manufacturing data analyses.
• Ensure compliance to internal QMS, EN9100 and other applicable standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical or Quality education with min. 5 years of quality management experience in electronics
• Experience with SAP Inspection Planning and quality tools (APQP, SQCDP, 8D/9S, Lean) with
• Ability to read and apply engineering documents (drawings/inspection procedures) and to use QA
• Ability to work independently and in a team; assertive and respectful of others.
• Process-oriented mindset with flexibility and creativity to achieve quality goals on time.
• Good English communication skills; German an advantage. Willingness to travel for business.
