Quality & Regulatory Systems Manager

📋 Description

• Lead quality and regulatory systems across supplier quality, document control, and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in quality workflows and data dashboards.
• Coordinate audits with internal teams and external manufacturing partners.
• Oversee QMS processes, change management, CAPAs, non-conformances, and master docs.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor system effectiveness and risk.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, regulatory, R&D, supply chain, and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 7 years in quality, regulatory, or related fields.
• 5+ years progressive experience in QA, Regulatory Affairs, Supplier Quality, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, USDA, AAFCO, animal food regulations, and supplier governance.
• Experience with QMS, document control, change management, and regulatory oversight.
• Proven ability to develop dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
