📋 Description

• Sustain and expand scope in production areas
• Propose changes to inspection processes to cut time without quality loss
• Research and prototype new inspection tools meeting safety, quality, cost, and delivery
• Drive inspection efficiency by standardizing inspection approach and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with inspectors, engineers, and shop SMEs to solve bottlenecks
• Design and install tooling and fixtures on CMMs for advanced inspection

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on quality/inspection/manufacturing
• High school diploma or equivalency
• GD&T knowledge per ASME Y14.5
• CMM operations experience
• Calypso CMM software expertise
• Able to train/mentor others in GD&T and inspection methods
