Drive closure of nonconformance tickets for outsourced/vendor parts.
Review vendor part issues; assess containment actions or sample inspections.
Manage containment for non-conforming parts; coordinate sorting, weekend ops.
Collaborate with Engineering to review issues and enforce SLA.
Execute nonconformance management: dispositions, RTV/RMA, supplier notifications.
Support critical inspections to maintain weekend production flow.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years in quality/engineering/supply chain; or bachelor in engineering.
Experience reading engineering drawings, including GD&T.
Proficiency in SQL and MS Office.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar QMS and nonconformance/MRB processes.
Weekend shift: Fri-Mon 4x12h; onsite Bastrop, TX; remote not allowed.
