Quality Systems Engineer (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Define and update Starlink QMS; train staff on ISO 9001 requirements
• Audit core processes and products to ensure ISO 9001 and customer requirements
• Lead corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformances
• Support internal, supplier, and external audits
• Identify top quality risks in manufacturing; mitigate with stakeholders
• Relocate to Bastrop, TX; ITAR compliance (US citizen/national, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in engineering or STEM
• 3+ years in mechanical or electrical product design, testing, or manufacturing (preferred)
• ISO 9001 knowledge and supplier quality processes
• ASQ CQA/RAB lead auditor certification or hands-on implementation
• Experience with quality tools: root cause analysis, CAPA, QMS auditing, statistics
• Working knowledge of SQL and Tableau metrics
