Quality Systems Specialist

📋 Description

• Own the maintenance, enhancement, and adoption of Dynamic Quality Systems (standards, models
• Develop, maintain, and deliver quality monitoring activities, training programs, data tools
• Lead root cause analysis efforts to address quality deficiencies or compliance gaps, provide data
• Conduct virtual and onsite quality audits to assess compliance with policies and procedures
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all new local, state, and federal guidance, providing
• Contribute to standardized reporting processes for the Monthly Regional Report, including analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 year’s progressive relevant work experience with expertise in quality monitoring
• Working knowledge of WIOA, TAA, TANF, SNAP/FSET, ES/UI and all applicable local Workforce Service
• Familiarity with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations required.
• ISO review and audit experience preferred.
• CWDP Preferred.
