Quality Technician

📋 Description

• Inspect incoming parts and assemblies against engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection
• Investigate in-process quality issues by inspecting affected parts, gathering measurements and
• Process Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs): document defects and supporting evidence
• Identify, label, and segregate nonconforming material; maintain accurate nonconformance records
• Maintain inspection records and quality logs, flag recurring defects, and help improve inspection

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in quality inspection, a quality technician role, or a related hands-on
• Can read engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions and evaluate parts against
• Hands-on experience using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools, and understanding the
• Curious and methodical when troubleshooting problems, and know when to ask questions or escalate an
• Can clearly document defects, measurements, and investigation findings with written descriptions
• Can organize daily inspection priorities and follow up on open quality issues and supplier actions.
