Bachelor’s Degree in technical or business discipline.
4+ years in scaled operations; 2+ years in Quality and/or Training functions.
Proven collaboration and communication skills with globally distributed teams and stakeholders.
Excellent data analysis skills; ability to derive insights and tell a story with data.
