Quality & Training Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee quality assurance visits and phone calls, conduct in-home assessments, support complex
• Guide the timely investigation, resolution, and documentation of client complaints, incidents
• Monitor quality assurance activities, contract requirements, reports, and outstanding documentation
• Supervise, coach, and support Quality & Training Coordinators and related staff by delegating
• Oversee training for new and existing care providers, monitor training compliance, support training
• Identify opportunities to improve quality and training processes while building professional

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of experience working with the developmentally disabled (DD/IDD) population.
• Experience in caregiving, caregiver training, or training in a related setting.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to accurately document complaints
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities

• Compensation: $30.30 hourly fixed rate.

• Travel within the assigned area and up to approximately a 100-mile radius may be required.
