Quality & Training Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee quality assurance activities, complaint resolution, incident investigations, and training
• Oversee quality assurance visits and phone calls, conduct in-home assessments, support complex
• Guide the timely investigation, resolution, and documentation of client complaints, incidents
• Monitor quality assurance activities, contract requirements, reports, and outstanding documentation
• Supervise, coach, and support Quality & Training Coordinators and related staff by delegating
• Oversee training for new and existing care providers, monitor training compliance, support training

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least five years of experience working with the developmentally disabled (DD/IDD) population
• Experience in caregiving, caregiver training, or training in a related setting
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to accurately document complaints
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities

🎁 Benefits

• $30.30 hourly fixed rate
• On-site in Sun City, CA, serving the Inland Empire area
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST
• Travel within the assigned area and up to approximately a 100-mile radius may be required
• 401(k) retirement savings plan
• Mileage reimbursed at $0.70 per mile for required business travel
