📋 Description

• Participate in an intensive training program on trading concepts and ML
• Tackle a real research project to design models or optimize strategies
• Explore large financial datasets to identify patterns
• Develop quantitative models that inform trading decisions

• Present findings through reports and presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing BA/BS or MS in a quantitative field (Math/Stats/CS/Eng)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Python; also C++, Java, Matlab, or R
• Curious, driven; able to learn quickly in trading
• Excellent communication; distill complex ideas
• Interest in data science, ML, and markets
