🎯 Requirements

• ~3 years in a quantitative or analytical role; experience supporting a founder/CEO.
• Strong SQL with complex joins, window functions, and real-world data wrangling.
• Hands-on with AI; using LLMs and tooling to work faster and deeper.
• Commercially astute; connect numbers to revenue, costs and growth.
• First-principles thinker; comfortable with ambiguity and structured answers.
• Bonus: Python for analysis and AI tooling; self-directed projects.
