🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience in quantitative intelligence analysis, trust & safety, or risk research.
Comfortable with complex trust & safety domains (e.g., child safety, violence).
Familiar with data mining, statistical modeling, and supervised learning.
Monitor signals for data drift and model degradation; diagnose causes.
Experience with adversarial risk, red-team exercises, or scenario analyses.
Proficient with Python and SQL.
