📋 Description

• The Quantity Surveyor (QS) is responsible for the commercial management of change orders throughout
• Identify, evaluate, price, substantiate, negotiate, and settle changes with Client and
• Collaborate with planning to assess time impacts and programme implications.
• Submit fully substantiated change order packages within contractual deadlines.
• Review and assess subcontractor variation requests and claims.
• Interpret contract conditions and maintain Change Order Register with status, values and schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Economics, or
• Strong analytical and numerical skills for cost, entitlement, time impact, and risk.
• Understanding of contracts, variation management, claims, delay analysis, and subcontract
• Excellent communication, negotiation, drafting, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with cost management, quantity take-off, document control, scheduling, reporting, and
