Quotation Specialist - Medical Devices Services

📋 Description

• Acting as the first point of contact with customers during the pre‑sales phase
• Receiving service requests from external customers
• Assessing the feasibility of received requests and, when necessary, verifying details with the
• Preparing quotations/offers for external customers
• Performing follow‑up activities regarding offer acceptance / customer purchase order issuance
• Managing other commercial documents (signed quotations for acceptance, contracts, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

• Degree (Bachelor’s or Master) in Biology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology (CTF), Chemistry
• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent proficiency with IT tools and software applications
• Interest in a dynamic office-based role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Residence in Milan or in areas close to Vimodrone preferred
