Quote Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Be a Salesforce CPQ SME, with strong understanding of SKU/quote configuration, SKU migration
• Build and maintain operational relationships across your coverage area; partner with leadership to
• Ensure policy-compliant quoting, including reviewing and granting SKU use-case exceptions only in
• Resolve quoting issues end-to-end: troubleshoot operational quoting problems, understand
• UAT new quote processes/system enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or
• Renewal Quoting/Quoting experience
• 3+ years in Sales Operations Support, Quote Support or Order Management
• Working cross-functionally with operational teams in quote creation
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; attention to detail, dependable with deadlines
• Proficient with Salesforce.com, Quote applications (preferably CPQ), MS Office, G-suite, Tableau
