Quote Support Advisor

📋 Description

• Be a Subject Matter Expert on Salesforce CPQ, quote and deal process
• Collaborate with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, Product, Pricing, and Sales
• Assist and guide Sales on SKU/product configuration, quote structuring, policies
• Cultivate internal relationships at all levels of your coverage
• User acceptance testing for new quote processes and system functionality

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML tech and applying AI-driven solutions
• Cross-functional experience with Go-To-Market and System Support teams
• 3+ years in Sales Ops/Quote Support or Order Management
• Proficiency with Salesforce CPQ, MS Office, and G-Suite
• Results-driven with attention to detail and deadlines
• Active listener and effective communicator – written and verbal
