Quoting Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Identify process improvements and sales training with leadership
• Enable self-service quote generation with Sales teams
• Provide field-level help for quoting errors
• Oversee renewal opportunities and quotes with Sales Ops and Deal Desk
• Lead pre-order booking reviews in SFDC and coordinate with Order Ops
• Support dunning for overdue balances and escalate when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Finance, or related field
• 2-4 years in sales support, deal management, or related roles
• Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset; ability to interpret data and trends
• Experience driving change and continuous improvement
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; manages multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, CPQ)
