📋 Description

Generate apparel and promo quotes using V4 Quoter.
Validate inputs: quantity, artwork, garment, print method, location, licensing.
Check inventory availability and recommend alternatives.
Quote orders to standard margins; obtain approvals for exceptions.
Handle one-off orders and promo quotes per SOPs.
Own Freshdesk tickets from assignment to resolution; meet SLA.

🎯 Requirements

At least 1.5 years in operations, supply chain, or customer support.
Experience with quotations and pricing is highly preferred.
Experience with ticketing systems or CRMs.
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
