🎯 Requirements

10+ years software development experience, 2+ years as architect.
System engineering, scale, redundancy, and performance expertise.
High-capacity, high-reliability systems in multiple languages; multi-threading.
Experience with SQL Server.
Microservices, event-driven design, and SAGA patterns.
AI-enabled systems: LLM integration, RAG, agentic workflows, latency/cost controls.
