• Support development, testing, production, and presentation of dessert concepts.
• Collaborate with senior culinary leadership on product development projects.
• Assist with recipe formulation and optimization; maintain quality standards.
• Contribute to the successful launch of new menu items and seasonal offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• Crumbl experience required (6 months minimum)
• Experience mixing, balling and dressing in Crumbl setting
• Experienced in food safety and handling
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized
• Team player
