R&D DevSecOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Build backend services, APIs, data workflows, and AI-enabled applications using modern software
• Develop model-agnostic coding agents and LLM workflows with human approval, prompt history
• Establish automated architecture, UX, cybersecurity, testing, accessibility, and deployment
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, API documentation, software
• Apply AI-assisted analysis to assess application portfolios and support modernization strategies
• Integrate human- and AI-generated code into automated quality, functional, security, accessibility

🎯 Requirements

• Strong professional software development experience, particularly with Python and backend
• Experience developing backend services, APIs, integrations, data-driven applications, or similar
• Practical experience with generative AI, LLM applications, coding agents, AI-assisted development
• Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud-native development, platform engineering, or secure
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, automated testing, security scanning, and
• Solid understanding of application architecture, secure coding, code review, debugging, software
