• Lead R&D programs in formulation/biotech/surfactant sectors
• Oversee 10-20 member multidisciplinary teams
• Drive lab-to-plant scale-up and commercialization
• Develop biobased product platforms across applications
• Ensure regulatory compliance (DSIR, DST, PCB)

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Chemistry, Surfactant Chemistry, or Biotechnology
• 10–15 years of R&D leadership in formulation/biotech/surfactants
• Biobased product development across multiple applications
• Lead 10–20 member multidisciplinary scientific teams
• Deep knowledge of surfactants, analytics, and biotechnology
• Lab-to-plant scale-up and commercialization expertise
• Strong project planning, execution, and documentation
• Regulatory frameworks: DSIR, DST, PCB
• Must-have skills: Formulation development, Surfactant, Bioformulation
• Good-to-have: Textile Industry, B2B, R&D
