R&D Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the overall operations, priorities, staffing, and delivery execution of an assigned software
• Provide direct people leadership, including coaching, performance management, career development
• Partner with product management, architecture, quality, SRE, support, IT, marketing, and other
• Oversee development and delivery of SaaS applications, analytics and monitoring capabilities, data
• Support both new product development and sustaining engineering, including participation in
• Establish effective operating practices that improve planning discipline, execution predictability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Engineering
• At least 2 years of formal or informal experience leading people, projects, programs, or technical
• Experience leading software development or technical delivery within SaaS, enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle practices, agile methodologies, release
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, resolve issues, develop
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with
