R&D Operations Specialist (Hybrid)

📋 Description

• Support operational projects by tracking progress and maintaining dashboards
• Help coordinate and deliver training on new processes and technologies
• Use Excel to analyze operational data and surface insights
• Assist cross-functional teams through change management initiatives
• Provide regular status updates to the Operations Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in operations, project coordination or related role
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Hybrid role based in Carson, CA office
• Experience with Workfront or similar platform (preferred)
