R&D Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure timely implementations.
• Define timelines, milestones, escalations, and delivery expectations.
• Assess issues and identify solutions to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to drive Time to Value.
• Serve as escalation contact for implementation-related issues.
• Execute all phases of the project lifecycle to achieve goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent
• 3-5+ years PM and client services experience
• 3+ years ITSM initiatives and/or technical solutions
• PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification a plus
• Bilingual Mandarin required
• Experience with hardware, networking, and systems apps
