📋 Description

• Lead global R&D and NPD projects from concept to launch.
• Plan, execute, govern, and deliver projects on time and budget.
• Collaborate with global R&D and operations teams; coordinate stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with leadership priorities and resource planning.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, reporting, and project metrics.
• Promote TOMRA’s Project Model and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM in tech/engineering/manufacturing/product.
• Proven track record delivering on time and within budget.
• Leading cross-functional and global project teams.
• Strong PM methodologies and governance.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans; NPD/R&D experience beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related field; PMP/PRINCE2 advantageous.
