R&D Senior Quality Manager (all gender) | Fully Remote (Austria)

📋 Description

• ensure quality oversight for complex R&D projects and global quality initiatives
• act as the key QA partner for cross-functional stakeholders and project teams
• review, approve, and release GMP-relevant documentation and quality deliverables
• drive quality activities including risk assessments, deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and
• support validation, qualification, and continuous improvement projects
• provide expert guidance on cGMP compliance and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in Pharma Quality
• strong knowledge of cGMP regulations, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
• experience in quality risk management, deviations, change controls, and CAPA processes
• strong project management, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
• solid scientific, technical, and compliance knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry
• fluent English
