R&D Technician

📋 Description

• Process samples for developmental research as directed by the R&D team.
• Collaborate with the R&D Manager to align with quality standards and timelines.
• Support upkeep and organization of the lab, including equipment and supplies.
• Adhere to QA system and safety protocols.
• Contribute to lab workflows and maintain lab records.
• Communicate results and updates with internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
• Willingness to receive training in molecular biology techniques and R&D protocols.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with high accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in records.
• Commitment to laboratory safety and high-quality standards.
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal communication; able to work in the US without sponsorship.
