📋 Description

• Perform metal post-processing on printed frameworks: support removal, tumbling, and finishing to
• Work at the marrying station to join components, then support assembly, quality checks, and packing
• Track case-level status and inventory using spreadsheets and internal portal tools — accurate
• Inspect finished components against quality standards and flag issues before they move downstream
• Operate and help maintain production equipment (mills, printers, finishing stations); perform basic
• Follow and help refine SOPs as the line scales; flag process gaps and suggest improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a dental, dental lab, or similar precision manufacturing environment
• Comfortable and efficient using a computer — spreadsheets, portals, and production tracking tools
• A self-starter who can work under minimal supervision and take ownership of daily production
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with repeatable, quality-driven processes
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive manual tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment as the line scales
