R&D Warehouse Coordinator

📋 Description

• Maintain and manage the Lake County warehouse supporting clinical manufacture of drug products.
• Order materials, track orders through fulfillment, and receive materials into inventory management
• Perform sampling and dispensing activities for materials tested against analytical specifications.
• Move materials to and from manufacturing floor; pick, pack, and ship materials.
• Interface with Customs Operations for international shipments and manage Foreign Trade Zone
• Process materials destruction requests and manage developmental inventory database.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of warehouse experience; clinical supplies warehouse experience preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Understanding of investigational material supply chain and worldwide regulatory requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork competencies.
• Ability to multi-task and reprioritize workload.
