Maintain IT servers and network infrastructure
Monitor and troubleshoot surveillance, VMS, and timing systems
Support lighting, LED panels, and PA systems
Provide on-site IT support during track testing and events
Ensure reliability of race operations technology backbone

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in IT infrastructure or technical operations
Experience in large facilities (motorsport venues)
Strong IP networking, VLANs, routing, and fiber
VMS platforms: Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon
Race timing systems experience (My laps)
Lighting control systems (DMX/ETC) and LED panels
