• Follow visual and written instructions.
• Conduct basic math calculations.
• Perform visual quality inspections.
• Train and guide new and existing team members.
• Record non-conformances and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

🎯 Requirements

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Detail- and process-oriented.
