Rack Assembly Technician

📋 Description

• Install hardware and cable server racks using build docs.
• Perform basic visual inspections for defects.
• Interpret Bills of Materials and Sales Orders with guidance.
• Execute routine, low‑complexity builds under supervision.
• Escalate issues or shortages to Level 2/3 or supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report deviations.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read/write English, follow instructions, basic math.
• Basic computer skills; MS Excel and Microsoft 365 familiarity.
• Works well with others; detail and process oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; willingness to work extended hours/weekends.
