Rack Configuration Technician

📋 Description

• Build and configure servers per engineering data sheets.
• Troubleshoot hardware defects, software/logical issues, and system errors.
• Escalate issues via Jira and coordinate with teams.
• Install and configure operating systems and related software.
• Power on data center racks using PDUs per engineering guidelines.
• Upgrade and test network switches and firmware on hardware platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
• Experience with computer hardware.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to read and write English and follow verbal instructions; basic math.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
