Rack Integration Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Ensure BOM accuracy by reviewing and validating complex Bill of Materials before release to
• Bridge hardware engineering and production by resolving design change requests and BOM discrepancies
• Maintain technical quality standards across rack power, networking, server, and firmware
• Support materials planning and demand forecasting for rack build programs
• Coordinate inbound/outbound supply chain logistics for components and finished racks
• Drive partner execution as operational point of contact for external hardware integration partners

🎯 Requirements

• Professional background managing hardware vendor or contract manufacturing (EMS/ODM) relationships
• Practical ability to evaluate rack-level technical specifications (power distribution, networking
• Hands-on experience managing operational workflows in Jira and tracking KPIs/SLAs
• Practical experience using AI tools or LLMs to automate workflows, reporting, or data analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
