📋 Description

• Own radio communication end-to-end across new product development and iterations on existing
• Translate frontline feedback into adaptable RF solutions for autonomous systems
• Decide when to integrate market-ready tech vs. new capabilities to support mission-critical outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical foundation in radio systems, including propagation, hardware constraints, and
• Experience integrating radio/antenna systems into hardware products with lab or field validation
• Ability to communicate clearly with engineers, managers, customers, and partners
• Experience balancing off-the-shelf vs. custom development under time/resource constraints
• Background in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, or related field
