Radiology Scheduling Associate - Healthcare

📋 Description

• Schedule, reschedule and cancel complex specialty procedures (LDCT, PET, Nuc Med) for patients
• Answer incoming and place outgoing calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Place outgoing calls to schedule patient exams when receiving scripts and electronic orders
• Communicate procedure preparations to patients and handle callbacks
• Handle VIP Physician scheduling requests via phone call and/or chat
• Enter accurate information in RIS for appointment scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation and

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Minimum of 3-4 CXC/GCE/City & Guilds subjects inclusive of English Language, or U.S. high
• Valid government issued ID, TRN and NIS card
• Pass criminal background check and drug test
• Flexible availability for any day/shift including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to train and/or work onsite at Red Hills Road site
