• Validate and optimize the 4G/5G RAN software stack.
• Develop automated test cases for eNB/gNB feature validation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline; extended hours as needed.
• LTE and 5G-NR protocols; hands-on PHY/MAC/RRC debugging.
• RAN parameter configuration, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Develop and execute LTE/5G-NR tests; plan and track results.
• UE log analysis tools (QXDM/XCAL) and RAN lab RF troubleshooting.
• Python for test automation; Linux and Git proficiency.
