Raptor Manufacturing Specialist (Maintenance)

📋 Description

• Own asset recovery from fault diagnosis to return-to-production release.
• Execute scheduled PM and corrective repairs to ensure uptime.
• Collaborate with engineers and teams to keep systems in peak condition.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain and calibrate critical assets (welding systems, pumps, ovens, vacuum).
• Coordinate on-site vendor support, including scope, quotes, and POs.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing/technical environment.
• Experience with maintenance on industrial equipment (welding tools, ovens, vacuum systems).
• Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings.
• Ability to perform basic fabrication.
• Understanding safety standards and Lean principles (Five Whys).
