📋 Description

• Implement chemical tech to develop oligonucleotides and conjugates
• Oversee external CROs and build internal conjugation team
• Collaborate with protein engineers and biologists on studies
• Contribute to strategy for discovery and IP around delivery
• Lead cross-functional studies from in vitro to in vivo
• Interface with leadership and prepare data decks

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in chemistry or related field with 8+ years in oligonucleotide therapeutics
• Experience developing peptide-, protein-, or antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates
• Proficiency in conjugation, purification, and analytical methods (HPLC, LCMS)
• Experience managing internal staff and external CROs
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and data interpretation
• Excellent communicator and team-builder
