📋 Description

• Build a 3-person research team while leveraging CROs to accelerate discovery
• Lead biology for initial indications; engage KOLs and MOA tools
• Synthesize datasets to identify novel targets for the platform
• Develop and own in vitro and in vivo assays for lead biology
• Lead CRO partnerships for in vivo pharmacology readouts
• Collaborate with VP of Delivery to analyze biodistribution and PD

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on builder: bench work, small team, and data-driven decisions
• Proven track record delivering preclinical programs in biology
• Deep in vivo pharmacology experience; translate ideas into results
• Experience in our indication is a plus; strong mentoring
• PhD or MD in chemistry or protein engineering; leadership skills
• On-site at Cambridge, MA; cross-functional collaboration
