Raw Materials Sourcing & Production Merchandiser

📋 Description

• Support sourcing initiatives aligned with Alo standards, goals, and seasonality
• Maintain supplier data and manage the raw material supplier matrix
• Coordinate supplier meetings; follow up on actions and deliverables
• Collect and analyze market, cost, and sourcing data for decisions
• Assist production planning; ensure timely schedule updates
• Monitor fabric commitments and forecast data for accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of international sourcing or raw material production
• Expert knowledge of yarn spinning, weaving/knitting, dyeing, printing, finishing, and textiles
• Understanding of garment production, dry/wet processing, and cut-and-sew operations
• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; ability to synthesize large datasets
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing global supplier relationships
